Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange once the order has been placed. In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.  Please ensure to take photographic evidence of any damaged items. Please note any items reported damaged after 48 hours will not be accepted.
